Organisational Development Business Partner
Immediate start - Join a growing organisation.

  • $100k + superannuation

  • Based in the CBD.

Your new company
This large private education provider based in the Melbourne CBD requires an experienced Organisational Development Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Talent you will be responsible for designing and implementing organisational development programs and initiatives for the organisation.

  • Create and implement surveys and diagnostic tools that are used to establish key workforce measures
  • Review and analyse survey and diagnostic data in order to provide and coordinate feedback, make recommendations and implement action plans.
  • Create and implement clear frameworks and tools for change management. Ensure the use of these tools across the business.
  • Act as a champion and key strategic advisor for all employee engagement plans, queries, initiatives. Lead in the creation of frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have managed previous OD programs and have a track record and skill-set in workforce planning, succession planning and people engagement.

  • Successful completion of HR related degree and/or working towards postgraduate studies
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Previous experience in Education(desired)
