Education OD project Consultant based in Melbourne's North

Your New Company
A leading tertiary education provider based in Melbourne's North. The OD team is currently going through a transformation phase and requires the assistance of an OD/HR Consultant on a part time basis for 6 - 8 weeks,

Your new Role
Part of the Change and Culture team, you will be responsible for reporting and tracking of three primary reports (Change, reward & recognition and employee recognition). You will provide administration support to peers and colleagues within any OD projects. You will also help prepare monthly reports for the Executive Committee along with communicating on a regular basis with the broader HR team.

What you will need to succeed:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • A high level of ability with Microsoft Office. Expertise in Excel is a must.
  • Experience with updating project schedules and tracking sheets. SAP experience will be looked upon favourably.
  • Strong communications and the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Experience coordinating a HR/OD project.
