As an experienced HR practitioner with a keen focus on Organisation Development, this opportunity to support a vibrant and high performing HR team and the broader Management team may appeal.

Key projects and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist to embed the Leadership Capability Framework and align and link to relevant development initiatives, performance and recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate the implementation of compliance training
  • Review, digitise and implement a performance review process which supports individual and organisational needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate Council’s Work Ready Program
  • Contribute to a range of important OD and change initiatives to strengthen capability and improve performance.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will possess a relevant Degree qualification and a proven track record in HR, focussing on OD.  Your ability to communicate with a broad audience and at all levels, research, develop and implement policy, programs and change initiatives which have improved employee experience will also be important.

This is a career role that will have you working in a high functioning team who strive for quality outcomes and excellence in all they do.

You will need to provide evidence of your right to work in Australia, certified copies of your qualifications, and a current Working with Children Check. You must also be willing to provide a Pre-Employment Health Declaration and undertake a National Police Record Check.
