Organisational Change Manager - Contract

This organisation is well regarded as an employer of choice with operations around the globe. The business is undertaking significant change and are looking to appoint a contractor to assist in leading and managing organisational change initiatives around a global initiative in the L&D space.

You will be responsible for undertaking analysis around human and business processes as well as establishing a program change management framework and coordinating its implementation. This position will inherently include stakeholder / change management planning at all levels, cultural development from a change perspective, and extensive communication management duties, you will:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop/ implement organisational change management initiatives including communication, stakeholder management and training relating to the specific Program of work.
  • Identify risks and issues relating to organisational change aspects of the program.
  • Contribute to project benefits realisation management from an organisational change perspective.
  • Facilitate workshops, deliver presentations and training as required to support the implementation of change related to the program.

Skill sets will include:

  • Highly skilled in the development of change management strategies, plans, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and workforce transition and training activities, in support of value realisation objectives
  • Highly skilled in executing organisational change management activities and development of collaterals required
  • Highly skilled in engaging with and coordinating internal and external stakeholders of all levels across multiple teams and locations

You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including project teams, impacted stakeholders, and other specialist functions. Prepare and/or review change-related deliverables and documentation to be included in project management documentation. You will have considerable project experience and experience (7 years+) working within changing organisations / environments. You will have strong analytical ability and demonstrable experience in managing competing priorities, and a background of utilising the framework. Your strong interpersonal and leadership skills will be valued as well as the ability to build strong working relationships, inspiring commitment to the project.
