About The Company 
This role is within a large natural resource management organisation that sits across NSW. This organisation is looking for an Organisational Development Adviser to join their Human Resources team. You will report to the Talent & OD Manager and work closely with the People and Safety team. You will develop and implement programs that will continue to facilitate a high performance culture and improve productivity, standards and the ongoing development of the workforce.
  
About The Role
Your new role will be responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of a range of OD, HR and business support services. You will act as the subject matter expert for the maintenance and ongoing development of HRIS and LMS systems, as well as holding particular responsibilities for operations relevant to the corporation’s talent & development function. With an analytical approach, you will have the ability to communicate your reporting and analytics across the business.
  
Skills and experience
To be successful in the role you will have:
  • Proven systems administration experience (HRIS, LMS etc) and, preferably, payroll experience
  • Proven business and administrative skills and experience, including exceptional organisational skills, a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work in a high volume environment
  • Well-developed analytical skills and proven ability to provide pragmatic solutions to complex problems
  • Demonstrated customer service and continual improvement focus
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy, an understanding of the need to respect confidential information, and facilitation/training experience
  • Sound written communication skills and experience including report writing
  • Well-developed computer skills including advanced Excel capability and at least intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office applications/products
