Seeking an Organisational Development Consultant to join a Government team in Perth

Your new company

A major State Government organisation based in Perth CBD, are seeing an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to join the People and Culture team. This role is being offered on an initial 6-month temporary contract, and will require you to work full-time hours with 2-days work-from-home available.

Your new role

As the Organisational Development Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, developing and implementing GR policies and strategies to enhance organisational reform
  • Design and managing multifaceted organisational development programs to build organisational capacity
  • Design, deliver and evaluate organisation-wide learning and development solutions
  • Providing advice to senior managers in identifying and implementing organisational development and learning strategies
  • Working closely with management on EEO management plans
  • Supporting administrational tasks for the OD team as needed

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in developing, implementing and evaluating organisational development strategies
  • Experience in managing and coordinating employee engagement programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to be flexible and work within a changing environment
