The Opportunity

As part of the broader OD team, the Talent Principal is responsible for the development and incremental growth of the Talent Management strategy. Working collaboratively with Heads of HR and the broader HR team, you will provide coaching, guidance, direction and support to the Executive and Senior Leadership to develop and retain high performing and critical talent.

Your focus will be to build on the existing frameworks and deliver tangible business benefits by facilitating the development and execution of a talent management strategy - which is aligned to the business strategy, delivering the organisations capability.


  • Degree qualified in Human Resource Management or extensive experience in a complex talent management role.
  • Experience leading talent management frameworks and tools, onboarding, performance management and workforce & succession planning processes at executive and senior leadership level.
  • Experience in a matrix organisation within a COE, working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Commercially astute, agile, flexible and resilient with the ability to influence and build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of a business - particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Hogan certification desirable
