Part-Time HR Generalist role based in the North Shore

Your new company
Join an established construction organisation based in the North Shore as a HR Generalist.

Your new role
Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for the HR function for the organisation with a headcount of less than 100.

This is an operational HR role looking after;

  • The implementation and management of HR policies and procedures
  • On-boarding
  • Recruitment and staff retention plans
  • Performance Management
  • Staff training and development
  • HR Administration

This is part-time role.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be a qualified HR professional with experience in a similar role. You will have experience in implementing policies and procedures and streamlining processes. You will ideally have a background in the construction industry.
