P&C Business Partner, work for a leading Australian Cultural Institution in a permanent HR role in Sydney

This organisation is one of Australia's most unique cultural institutions and has a stunning location in the heart of Sydney. It has a diverse and dedicated employee group working across a range of areas in both permanent, casual and volunteer roles.

Your new role
Working as an integral part of the People & Culture team, this role as a P&C Partner is to provide generalist HR services, expert advice and HR support to your customer group. You will be the first point of contact regarding any workforce related matters, and provide best practice Hr consultancy and services across all stages of the employment life cycle including recruitment, training, capability development, and performance management. In addition you will have the opportunity to run with a variety of projects and the implementation of range of HR strategies and programs.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally have around 5 years HR generalist experience, and will be experienced providing advice and HR support to your business. They are open to industry experience, but a passion for projects and adding value to an organisation is key, as it a positive, hard-working attitude. You will be part of a small team and will need to be adaptable, flexible and be proactive at building relationships across the organisation. If you have previous experience working with EBA's that would be an advantage but is not essential.
