Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government agency who plays a critical role within telecommunications and infrastructure is seeking a standout P&C Business Partner to lead operational and strategic people related priorities on a permanent basis.
Your new role
- Partner with people leaders to provide accurate and timely advice on a variety of people related matters
- Support across organisational development, talent management and learning initiatives
- Analyse and report on people related data, trends and insights to provide evidence based solutions
- Implement and review new and current P&C policies and procedures to ensure they meet external standards
- Take the lead and manage Employee Relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary, grievances and termination
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
- Proven ability to partner with people leaders on a variety of people related priorities is critical
- Demonstrated Employee Relations experience, including performance management, disciplinary, grievances and termination
- Established experience working within Government, Health and/ or Utilities is highly regarded and is preferred
