Temporary relief opportunity providing change management leadership through a significant change period.
Your new company
Based in Melbourne's inner north, this government organisation is seeking a P&C Director to provide temporary relief leadership across a variety of generalist HR activities, including a large focus on change management as the department goes through a significant change period until 30th of June 2024 with extension.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management, and/ or a similar discipline
- Seasoned experience managing complex workforce change management within the Victorian Public Service (VPS)
- Proven track record managing senior stakeholders, including executive leaders
- Demonstrated experience operating at a VPS6 (or above) level is essential
- Previous experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is essential
