Global Creative Brand - HR Manager needed - 12 month FTC. Western Sydney. 130 - 140K base + super. Full Time.

Your new company
Global brand with operations based in Sydney and overseas, are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their fast paced business to support the leadership team in driving high performance. 12 Month Contract with opportunity to go perm.

Your new role
As People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of the already established HR function covering all aspects of operational and HR day to day tasks as well as strategic projects and coaching. You will manage a small team and develop and improve HR processes and culture for a workforce of 200 made up of Creative, Digital, Sales & Marketing, Technology employees across the country.

Specific areas will include:

  • Relationship building and stakeholder management across a wide range of white collar and creative teams and departments
  • Review and develop HR policies and processes
  • Embed compliance and educate on employment legislation
  • Employee relations - providing expert advice on all Employment Legislation, Modern Awards, Fairwork, policy advice, and any COVID related IR changes and needed
  • Performance management both hands on and designing of performance management frameworks
  • Overseeing the Talent acquisition function and advise on talent and succession planning
  • Engagement and culture initiatives
  • Learning and Development - review and develop new programs supporting culture, high performance and leadership coaching
  • Payroll management
  • WHS and compliance
  • Managing two staff members


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Manager, People & Culture Manager who has worked in the Media, Digital, Sales & Marketing or Creative space. You will be passionate about talent, engagement and ensuring best practice and high standards are adhered to in any business or culture. You will enjoy working in global, fast paced businesses. You must be hands on, enjoy operational HR work and be happy to chip in and draft a contract or write a report if required as well as be an impactful strategic HR thinker.

What you'll get in return
This is a 12 month Contract role with the opportunity for it to develop permanently. You will have the opportunity to design and implement brand new L&D programs and truly make a difference. Salary is $130,000 - $140,000 base + super and will work closely with the MD. This salary is non negotiable and will not consider more senior director level options due to the size of the business. Full time hours both WFH and in the office.

The role cannot consider part time hours due to the workload and needs of the company during this very busy time. Free parking provided.
