This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, driven and dynamic People & Culture Advisor, Recruitment. Our client is an innovative digital technology organisation and a not for profit located in Richmond. They are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment and HR professional to join their fun, warm and close knit People and Culture team.

You will report to the People and Culture Manager and will play a key role in guiding leaders to make the best talent selection for their teams across Corporate offices including IT, Digital, Marketing, Product, Sales and other office support requirements. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Talent Specialist seeking a step forward into HR or for an experienced HR Advisor with exposure in recruitment and the employment lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing and coordinating the end to end recruitment process including job briefs, screening candidates shortlisting, conducting phone interviews, background and reference checks, and psychometrics if required.
  • Providing a high standard of service and guidance to business leaders being the main point of contact for all recruitment requirements.
  • Proactively sourcing talent for the organisation, bringing in a diverse range of skilled professionals.
  • Preparing and coordinating offers and employment contracts.
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Championing and endorsing the organisation's Employee Value Proposition.
  • Support the wider P&C team with people related projects.

To be successful:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Specialist with a natural ability to build rapport and relationships quickly. Ideally you will have experience in a complex role with some exposure in HR. You will have flexibility when supporting the business, but will also be able to influence and guide others on best practices, with an education style, and are driven and resilient in nature. Experience with the Bamboo HR system would be advantageous, however is not essential.

This opportunity is available for an immediate start for a 15 month maternity leave contract. Flexible working options are available after the initial training and onboarding process. The successful applicant will be required to complete a Australian Criminal Check.
