Your new role
As the People and Culture Co-ordinator you will be responsible for collaborating and providing support across the organisation to deliver key People and Culture functions and employment life-cycle matters your duties will also include but are not limited to;
- Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Update position descriptions and job advertisements,
- Assist with new employee documentations and correspondence.
- Prepare induction packs and co-ordinate inductions.
- Ensure compliance is in line with regulations and maintaining personnel records, and reports whilst ensuring strict confidentiality and security discretion is upheld at all times.
- Contribute towards the continual improvement of processes and procedures of the People and Culture Unit.
- Assisting with any queries or People and Culture matters as directed.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess excellent interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong relationships. You will also have a strong ability to multi-task and communicate through your self-motivated nature, have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, obtain a positive attitude and a team player mentality and have exquisite organisational skills.
