People and Culture Manager | 4 Month Role | $600 per day + Super

Your new company
Join this leading Financial Services organisation based in the Sydney CBD.

Your new role
As the People and Culture Manager you will act as an internal HR Consultant. You will effectively partner with people leaders and HR Experts to design and implement people plans and processes. You will translate and deliver strategic people initiatives into meaningful deliverables. You will continuously improve the execution of HR activities and you will build and deliver capability frameworks and initiatives in line with the short term and longer-term needs. You will drive change on key transformation programs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a HR professional with solid experience. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and can establish productive relationships with key stakeholders. You will have a strong customer focus with an understanding of their needs. You will be experienced in designing and implementing capability frameworks across large multi-faceted teams.
