People & Culture Coordinator - Contract

Our client, a highly regarded not-for-profit organisation is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to join their team on a short term contract due to increased workload. This is a great opportunity for a strong HR administrator and/or HR Coordinator to gain experience in ER/IR whilst gaining experience within the not-for-profit and disability sector.

Duties will include:

  • Producing regular reports and metrics to management, identifying suggestions to support continuous improvements
  • Coordination of Human Resources records including staff records and compulsory documentation
  • Preparing and delivering HR related communications
  • Assessing IR related risks to the work area and report on these including suggestions to effective solutions

To be considered for this opportunity, you have:

  • +1 years of experience as a HR Coordinator or +3 years experience as a HR Administrator
  • Strong excel skills
  • Current DCSI or similar clearances
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant fields
  • Previous experience within the disability sector is highly regarded
