Seeking the next step in your HR career? We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment / People and Culture generalist to join a progressive team on a temporary basis in the Adelaide CBD.

Your new role

  • Support the Group Manager People and Culture to create a high performance and quality focussed culture that aligns with the organisation's values and behaviours
  • Provide administrative and coordination services to support the company's recruitment, development and retention strategies and systems
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Assist in the training and development and certification of employees
  • Provide general administrative support to the Group Manager People and Culture and winder HR Team

What you'll need to succeed
This role is ideally suited to a Recruiter with a Strong understanding of ER and IR requirements - including Fair Work legislation and best practice performance management. Additionally, your ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through staff engagement and influential decision making will ensure credibility is firmly established.
