People & Culture Coordinator for Small Not for Profit

Your new company
A small not for profit organisation based centrally in Perth, providing specialist support to people within the community.

Your new role
Joining the organisation as the People & Culture Coordinator, you will be standalone within their HR function until their new HR Manager joins in a few weeks time. This role will be responsible for the operational and transactional HR duties, including recruitment and onboarding activities, responding to queries, creating and updating contracts and documents and assisting with HR projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally with a qualification within human resources, you will have prior experience within generalist HR support roles overseeing recruitment, acting as the first point of contact for any queries and providing solutions for the business and for employees. You will have the ability to work through high volumes of work during busy spells and be able to use your initiative, often working autonomously.

What you'll get in return
The opportunity to join the organisation on an immediate start basis. This role will be temporary initially, but with the likelihood of transitioning to a longer term contract or permanency, for the right person. This role is based centrally in Perth with parking options and good public transport links, as well as being close to shops, cafes and other amenities.
