Is a leading provider of general practice training funded by the Australian Government to deliver vocational training to doctors seeking to specialise as general practitioners across NSW and ACT. They value their people and operate in a way that reflects their values.

Your new role
Reporting to the Chief People Transition Officer, the People and Culture Generalist will undertake duties and tasks for key people, culture and wellbeing functions, processes and projects, supporting transition, college and contract delivery and activities. The role is responsible for a variety of portfolio areas and utilises generalist experience, knowledge and skill.
Duties include:

  • High level generalist support relation to people transition, college and contract delivery activity.
  • Assists in the successful delivery of projects across a range of people and culture wellbeing function.
  • Provide accurate and timely advice across the full range of generalist human resource, people and culture matters.
  • Carries out tasks and responsibilities within the recruitment, onboarding and exiting process as a result of transition activity and impact.
  • Review and development of policies, processes and documents.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You'll be a strong administrator.
  • Proficient in HRM & Microsoft systems and software (outlook, MS Teams, word, excel).
  • You will have the ability to prioritise work commitments and be well organised.
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • You'll be team player with a have a collaborative approach.
  • Qualifications in human resources or a related discipline.
  • Relevant and current experience in a related human resource generalist role.
  • Exposure to the medical or education and training environment will be highly regarded.
  • Unrestricted motor vehicle licence (own car desirable).
