People & Culture Business Partner Needed - Large Australian Business on North Shore. 110K base + super + bonus

Your new company
North shore based Australian business with significant growth plans for 2021 is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner or up and coming HR Business Partner to take on a newly created role in a new HR team, supporting a wide larger people strategy nationally and overseas.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will have your own client group in Sales, Marketing and Digital based across ANZ and be responsible for supporting them and the senior leaders in key HR generalist activities including performance management, talent management, coaching ER and HR policies and processes. The business is experiencing significant change and transformation so this role will also be to support the HR Leader of the team in the delivery on projects over the next 12 - 18 months including remuneration & benefits, HRIS implementation, D&I and performance capability frameworks.

This is a well known and very successful high end business offering high end products and you will play a key part in establishing the People & Culture function and embedding capabilities, frameworks and expectations.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a superb role and would ideally suit an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Consultant with 2 - 3 years at this level who has a strong HR Generalist background working in a larger, complex business with greenfield expertise. You must have experience of remuneration reviews, reward & recognition and have experience of playing a part in the delivery and implementation of an HRIS system roll out. If you have exposure to running a D&I strategy, being part of a RAP or setting up wellbeing programs this will also be of great interest.

Salary is 100 - 110K base + super + bonus with benefits. This is an urgent appointment so you will ideally have no notice or short notice period or a max 4 week notice period.
