Reporting to the CEO, designing and delivering strategic culture and engagement initiatives.

Your new company
A dynamic company in the Financial Services industry who value employee engagement, have a unique opportunity for a People and Culture Manager to join their team based in Chatswood, Sydney for a 12 month FTC.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO and working within a small HR team you will manage strategic HR initiatives whilst the rest of the team focus on BAU work. You will design and deliver forward thinking HR initiatives across employee engagement, performance appraisals, culture development, leadership development, remuneration reviews and organisational development. You will work closely with senior stakeholders in order to design, execute and measure the success of the HR initiatives ensuring their is ROI and they add value to the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven background in designing and delivering HR initiatives across organisational development and employee engagement together with a forward thinking approach and driven to challenge the status quo.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between 120,000-150,000+ super depending on experience together with the opportunity to work directly with the CEO to create innovative HR initiatives across the business.
