A P&C Manager role for a business in the blue-collar sector, based in the Sutherland Shire

Your new company

You will be joining a medium-sized company that operates in a blue-collar industry, and that is based in the Sutherland Shire.

Your new role

In this newly created stand-alone P&C Manager role, you will be in charge of:

  • Developing succession planning strategies
  • Improving processes, including designing a new performance appraisal plan
  • Working with the HODs and management, to identify skill gaps and organise training
  • Dealing with any disciplinary actions
  • Facilitating training
  • Managing the HR budget

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this job, you will need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, within a similar environment and working in a stand-alone capacity
  • Commercial acumen is essential
  • The ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in influencing at a senior level, a true leader and motivator
