12 mth Project HR Business Partner needed for Large national brand. Engagement, Wellbeing, EVP focus. 90 - 95K

Your new company
Well known and highly successful Consumer brand Australia with store networks across the country. Unique hybrid position created to focus on and develop Employee Engagement, Benefits and Wellbeing. This is a 12 month Project role to improve and reward a large workforce across all states and territories.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of new people and talent programs. With an already well established foundation some projects will be to assess and improve, and others will be to research, design and deliver along with the HR leader.

Project areas will include:

  • EVP development and implementation
  • Wellbeing programs
  • Corporate Responsibility
  • Graduate recruitment
  • Talent management
  • Talent attraction strategies including linkedin and social media
  • Internal communications
  • Employee Benefits - review and update
  • Reward & Recognition

Work closely with stakeholders and the wider business to drive culture and engagement on these key projects, through research You will work closely with People & Culture, Marketing and L&D to pull together and develop the best programs for the wider business.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of running HR projects including EVP and/or employee benefits, wellbeing. You must have a proven track record of delivery of projects/. This can be a focused project role or can be as part of a wider HR generalist role and business partnering level. This is not a senior position so the ideal candidate will be at the Senior HR Advisor, Talent & Culture Advisor, or Junior HR Business Partner level who wants to develop further. You must have experience of working in a larger more complex organisation and understand how the mechanisms of a large business words.

You will have strong stakeholder management skills and be able to communication and work closely with larger casual workforces as well as working with senior leaders. As this is a hybrid and unique position, a diverse background outside of traditional HR can be considered.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar customer service focused industry e.g. Entertainment, Hotels, Hospitality, Food, Retail, FMCG, customer facing or service driven. You must be hands on and enjoying building relations at all levels of the business. You will be resilient, confident as well as being humble and open to new ideas and be flexible. You will be hands on and enjoy variety

The salary on offer is $90,000 - $95,00 base + super. This is a full time role and will be Sydney office based with WFH options.
