People Experience (PX) Business Partner - Victoria

We are currently looking for a People Experience (PX) Business Partner – Victoria to join our innovative PX team in this newly created role which will report into the Sydney-based People Experience Manager.

Responsible for the day to day operation of the PX function for the MNF Group offices in Victoria, this role will be critical in continuing to build MNF Group’s employer brand, further enhancing our unique culture and creating an environment in which our people develop to their full potential and are committed to giving their best.

Key focuses will include:

  • Delivering exceptional PX Service and BAU support to your client group, managing the end to end PX cycle, partnering and consulting with managers and employees across Victoria on all PX matters and queries.
  • Contributing to building people-leadership capability empowering managers to deal with people-related issues with skill and confidence.
  • Collaborating with the broader PX management team (including our Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development specialists) to develop first-class PX solutions and deliver on our PX strategic priorities, whilst maintaining excellent employee relations across all locations.
  • Completing regular PX research, reporting and analysis.
  • Owning and delivering on a diverse range of key PX projects relating to Culture, Reward & Recognition, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility and Engagement amongst others.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification - Human Resources, Psych (or similar) with 5-6 years post-qualification experience gained in a generalist business partnering role(s).
  • Strong coaching and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Adept project management and organisational skills.
  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced MS Excel.
  • Sound working knowledge of Australian employment law with a proven track record in dealing with employee relations matters.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to learn and develop quickly within an evolving team and organisation.
  • Tech savvy – experience with PXIS and PX metrics.
