About the Opportunity
Reporting into the HR Business Partner for a key portfolio within the business, the role of the People & OD Coordinator is to provide hands on operational HR support for this business unit, supporting the team in a variety of duties and projects.
The main duties of this role include:
  • Coordinating and administering employment documentation
  • Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR enquiries both by phone and email
  • Managing the administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including monitoring probationary periods, tracking employment changes, note taking for performance discussions, processing leave requests and more
  • Monitoring the HRIS (Fairsail) for complex data entry in line with state legislation
  • Reviewing policies and procedures and ensuring they are up to date and true to the organisation
  • Contributing to a variety People and OD projects as part of the global team
About You
An established HR Administrator, you will be process driven with very high attention to detail and seeking a step up into a Coordinator role.
You will:
  • Have demonstrated experience within a fast-paced organisation within a HR Administrator role
  • Have a strong administrative skillset with outstanding attention to detail
  • Be highly organised with the ability to multitask and juggle priorities
  • Have a customer centric approach and a service driven mindset
  • Have a creative and analytical approach to problem solving, with a proactive approach
  • Be degree qualified in HR or a related discipline
  • Ideally have exposure to a professional services or consulting environment
