We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource (HR) professional to join our People and Performance team at Ayers Rock Resort as a People & Performance Business Partner. You will partner with business leaders and the broader P&P team to provide informed, professional and efficient advice and coaching on all aspects of human resources management, industrial relations and strategy. You will also contribute to the successful implementation of human resource projects, reporting and compliance.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • A HR Diploma or Degree
  • Industrial Relations experience (advantageous)
  • Minimum 2 years' generalist HR experience in hospitality, hotel, resort or corporate environments
  • Strong employee relations experience around performance management and coaching leaders around dispute resolution
  • Ability to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external networks
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Motivation, drive and the ability to work in a remote location
  • Relevant tertiary HR qualifications and certifications
  • A full drivers licence
