About the Role
The Full Time Permanent position of People Services Advisor has crucial involvement among the People Services team, working closely with the team to deliver broad generalist advice, manage the full employee life cycle, as well as supporting to deliver key activities within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities are not limited to…
- 360 Recruitment - managing the whole process from job postings to employee on boarding / off boarding procedures
- Training and Development - Liaise with leaders in the development and implementation of individual, and functional team training plans and initiatives aligned to the organisation's strategic and departmental goals.
- Employee Relations / Industrial Relations - Provide support and advice on a range of Hr matters, Eg: Guidance and coaching for employees and leaders on matters such as employee welfare, performance management, workforce planning, Enterprise Agreements/Awards, policy interpretation, leave management, remuneration and benefits.
- Workplace Health & Safety - Ensure records are maintained in accordance with the organisation's records management policy and related procedures.
