Your new role
In your new role as Recruiter/HR Coordinator you will be responsible for end to end recruitment on a daily basis. Reporting to the head of People, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as first poc for all recruitment & HR queries
- Actively sourcing candidates
- Performing pre-screening and onboarding
- Maintaining HRIS databases
- Conducting interviews
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will ideally hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field coupled with:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with end to end recruitment in a fast paced environment
- Proven track record of working to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in the aviation or similar industry would be an advantage
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive the opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced role, initially a 2 month temporary contract, you will potentially have the opportunity for extension or a permanent contract.
This remuneration for this role is up to $50 per hour + super and is based full-time in the companies head office in Mascot.
