Recruitment Administrator | CBD Based | Fantastic Culture

Your new company
Due to rapid growth, a National Consulting Firm located in the Brisbane CBD is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their reputable team of energetic and professional consultants.

Your new role
This role will see you supporting their recruitment team with the following activities below:

  • Liaise with candidates to provide an excellent candidate experience - including careers inbox management
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews - managing internal and external availability
  • Make candidate offers, create/send contracts and liaise with internal business regarding onboarding
  • Schedule and coordinate background checks, reference checks and assessments
  • Coordinate team meetings and updating agendas
  • Run Recruitment reporting
  • Suggest and participate in recruitment improvement projects or other ad hoc duties as required
  • Assist the team with priority work as well as other ad-hoc duties as required
