An experienced blue collar recruiter with strong candidate management skills is required for mining contractor
Seeking to secure your new recruitment role before the Christmas holidays?
Our client is seeking an experienced blue-collar recruiter who excels in their candidate management and who thrives in an environment where accountability for results is rewarded.
Reporting to the Director of the business, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment for all blue-collar positions.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Proactive candidate sourcing via advertising, searching via online recruitment tools and management of the database
- Prescreening and shortlisting
- Interviewing
- Compliance and supporting the onboarding process
- Data analytics and reporting
It is essential for this role that you possess the ability to engage with candidates and ensure a best practice onboarding journey from start to finish, ensuring a positive brand presence with both internal and external stakeholders. You will possess a consolidated career history within blue collar recruitment coupled with strong attention to detail, communication and the ability to follow process.
This position will be based north of the River, will be an office-based position and onsite parking will be provided.
