Recruiter required with crewing experience for offshore services organisation
Our client is about to embark upon a recruitment campaign to support the onboarding of an offshore maritime crew.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the candidate attraction, pre-screening, interviewing, checking of visas, tickets and licenses, coordinating medicals and references through to the onboarding onto vessels.
This position requires an individual who has prior experience of recruitment, ideally from within an offshore sector, with a preference being placed on crewing for the maritime sector.
The role will be based in their corporate offices, which are Perth CBD based. An immediate start is essential and commitment is required for a three-month period.
