About the role
This role will support the HR function during a period of change and growth. Your role will be to work
in partnership and consultation with the business to identify workforce needs and assist Managers in
the identification of future business requirements and coaching managers on a selection of hires.

Duties and responsibilities
Engaging with all levels of stakeholders within the business to take detailed job briefs, and
writing engaging job advertisements

  • Screening of resumes, phone interviewing, co-ordination of interviews for business leaders and additional selection tools i.e. testing, reference checks etc.
  • Work to establish talent pipelines and candidate pools (i.e. seek, LinkedIn, headhunting, joining industry groups etc.) to better source future talent
  • Support the employee onboarding and induction process
  • Ensure processes and procedures are in line with business compliance
  • Develop interview guides in accordance with role requirements and desired workplace behaviours

Skills and experience
Ideally, you will hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline. Your proven
experience partnering with managers to guide and influence in a strategic and operational capacity
demonstrating strong influence, negotiation skills will be highly regarded. You will have experience in
an internal recruitment role within an HR team and will have seen the employee lifecycle through an HR
lens and understand the moving parts within it. It is imperative that you have the ability to coordinate
end to end recruitment and selection activities, from sourcing to offer and onboarding and have a
strong understanding of modern sourcing strategies, talent pooling and social networking tools.
