Your new company
Hays are working exclusively with a leading Australian energy Infrastructure Company. Reporting directly to the Manager of Talent & Attraction, the role of Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for attracting graduate talent to the company.

Your new role
The role will be responsible for designing and delivering all graduate, apprentice and recruitment programs in alignment with Strategic Workforce needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the Workforce planning process by identifying and communicating demands for Graduates and Apprentices, and external employment market demands.
  • Identifying opportunities for proactive talent pooling and sourcing of candidates for hard-to-fill and regularly-required roles.
  • Developing an annual recruitment strategy, plan and budget for the attraction, selection and placement of graduates and apprentices.
  • Coordinating the delivery of the annual recruitment plan - including campus activities, candidate generation, candidate testing & selection, offers and commencement protocols, and business engagement.
  • Updating and maintenance of all data and system requirements.
  • Developing and execution of a graduate alumni program.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualification and/or work experience in a related discipline.
  • Proven experience executing large-scale, end-to-end, high volume recruitment activities, ideally including graduates and apprentices.
  • You will have a commercial acumen and sound judgement.
