Experienced Role Design evaluator required for a 5 month contract

Based in Sydney CBD, this government agency provides essential support across NSW. In this role you will be supporting their expanding global presence and relationships.
Your new role
- Evaluate role descriptions using Mercer methodology
- You will consult with senior executive and people managers to scope out requirements across teams and roles
- Undertake quality assurance of role description development and job evaluation across the agency
- You will write capability-based role descriptions in line with the Public Service Commission guidelines
- Priorities the many competing needs of various stakeholder
What you'll need to succeed
- Mercer qualified
- Previous experience writing capability based role descriptions in line with Public Service Commission guidelines
