My client is seeking a professional Recruitment Coordinator. Working with a team of 10 consultants, this is a fast paced high volume role that will be suitable for a candidate with end to end recruitment experience.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Phone screening
  • Shortlisting
  • Referencing checking
  • Creating interview guides
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Liaising with candidates and clients

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar recruitment coordinator role
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships and liaise with various individuals across the business
  • A positive, 'can do' attitude
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills- Word and Excel
