Recruitment Coordinator position, 3 months, based in Sydney's CBD 2 min walk from public transport.

Your new company
Leading NSW Government Organisation based in the CBD are seeking a highly capable and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to provide support to the business on a 3 month assignment with potential for extension. This team works collaboratively in a very accessible office in the heart of the city.

Your new role
This is an end to end recruitment role, which will require communicating with hiring managers on new roles, posting adverts, screening CVs, arranging interviews, negotiating offers and onboarding. You will have experience using HRIS and Talent Management Systems and be used to working in a fast paced, high volume team environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have relevant local work experience providing you with an understanding of Australian employment law. You will have excellent communication skills, be a highly competent administrator, and be well versed in processing in a complex regulatory environment. You will also have experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders. Experience in the public sector is preferable but not essential.
