Savvy, commercial Recruitment Officer required for expanding, successful Gold Coast company.

Your new company

Our client is looking for a competent and proactive Recruitment Officer to manage their recruitment strategies and work with their colleagues to build a positive, experienced and engaged workforce.

Your new role

Locally based in the Gold Coast you will be responsible for the development and execution of all recruitment campaigns for all of Australia. The right candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge of contemporary recruitment and selection practices. You will undertake recruitment activities including: advertising roles, screening applications, administering telephone or video interviews, scheduling interviews, facilitating face-to-face assessment activities, completing reference checks, arranging safety and security checks and producing employment documentation.


What you'll need to succeed

This role will see you sourcing and managing relationships with contractors and candidates across Australia, covering all technical skill sets. You will use sourcing strategies and strong interpersonal skills to find, qualify and engage high calibre professionals that meet our clients' needs. Your approach to relationship building with candidates will be professional and you will demonstrate the highest level of integrity in how you operate. With the tenacity and motivation to achieve results, you will be rewarded for performance and given the opportunity and autonomy to make this role your own.


The successful candidate will also be required to provide high quality customer service while interacting with candidates throughout the recruitment process via phone and email. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a role that requires high demand for results. You will be organised and have a customer service mindset for both internal and external stakeholders.
