Recruitment Officer for a Local Council - hybrid role - $40ph + Super - 12 months (possible extension)

Your new role
As a Talent Officer you will be partnering with Hiring Managers to deliver expert advice and guidance to optimise recruitment and selection outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- drive the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles
- partner with hiring managers and guide and coach them on selection practices
- contribute to he improvement of processes and practices across Corporate HR
- partner with HRBPs to plan and execute change programs across the business
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in a large, complex, fast-paced organisation
- Knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
What you'll get in return
- $40ph + Super
- 12 months contract with possibility of extension for the right candidate
