About Them
This well regarded, diverse organisation that provides a valuable service to the Australian community is building a more commercial, innovative and higher performing culture and is seeking a Regional People & Culture Manager to partner with leaders and the HR team to enable this.  This position will play a key role in working with the HR team to ensure alignment of HR programs to the corporate plan to bring about a more consistent, customer-focussed approach.

About the Role
Reporting to the National Manager, People & Culture, you will manage a small team and partner with the people leaders and team members of the manufacturing, services and corporate divisions across NSW, QLD and ACT to enable the achievement of business objectives through the design and development of effective people plans.  Your position will advise and provide support on the full range of generalist people & culture activities including:
  • Manage and deliver on the HR calendar events
  • Advise, guide and coach on complex employee relations issues
  • Negotiate Enterprise Agreements
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement people plans
  • Collaborate with centres of expertise and the business to design and implement organisational development initiatives such as coaching conversations
  • Lead, coach and mentor the People & Culture Advisors
About You
Degree qualified, you have a strong HR generalist background and great leadership skills with the demonstrated track record of partnering with leadership teams to develop and implement business aligned HR and OD programs.  You have solid employee relations skills with previous experience negotiating Enterprise Agreements and have strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a matrix structured environment.
