Remuneration and Benefits Advisor - Large Financial Service Organisation - 12 month Fixed Term

Your new company
This financial institution is looking for an aspiring Remuneration and Benefits Advisor to help them work towards an exciting and new project being rolled out in the business. This will be a 12+ month Fixed term role with possible extensions. Working with a collaborative and passionate team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Reward Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Work closely with line managers to delivery actives related to performance and reward services (End of Year performance & reward reviews, remuneration, survey management).
  • Strategic performance and reward initiatives.
  • Ensure positions are graded correctly and remuneration decisions are made in accordance with the principles and policies of the company.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and consulting support
  • Work towards projects to agreed timeframes and budgets

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a people data or remuneration & benefits role.
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving Skills
  • Large Complex Corporate organisation experience.
