Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government agency is seeking a Senior Advisor, Organisational Development to provide temporary relief, leading key deliverables across a project focused role, including facilitation, championing culture initiatives with executive leaders, collating workforce data to provide recommendations, diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing for 3 months, with potential for extension.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
- Demonstrated experience across Learning & Development and/ or Organisational Development, including leadership development, frameworks/ roadmaps, facilitation, recommendations, diversity & inclusion and wellbeing initiatives
- Established, progressive and contemporary OD practices, with strong understanding of OD principles
- Previous experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded, and is preferred
