This position will play a key role in the success of the Corporate Finance Branch. You will partner with key stakeholders to optimise business participation and engagement and provide innovative solutions to contribute to the development and delivery of organisations vision and strategies. This role will see you:

  • Provide advice and support in the design, development and implementation of transformational projects, strategic priority outcomes and key deliverables that support a future focused finance function
  • Develop, design and implement 'fit for purpose' solutions, strategies and plans that add value through knowledge and practical application of organisational change management and business improvement theory
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and understanding the key actions needed to ensure business stakeholders are ready, willing and able to implement the change.
  • Lead and role model customer focused behaviour by encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive deployment and change adoption into the organisation.
  • Influence, advise and advocate with key internal and external stakeholders, including executives and managers. This includes consideration to benefits and value management, risk management and identification of future value opportunities.
  • Plan communications strategies to optimise the effectiveness of organisational change projects and initiatives.Provide strategic guidance and advice for informing and influencing decision making and governance forums across the organisation
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and connections with external industry appropriate innovations and strategies, undertake research, share knowledge, ideas and concepts to support organisational relevance and sustainability
  • Proactively establish, maintain and utilise strong partnering relationships, networks and alliances with relevant internal stakeholders and interest groups promoting collaboration and deliver corporate outcomes.

You will have strong business acumen and a clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between people and business strategy outcomes. Your self-motivation, drive and resilience will be the key to your success. Whilst you will be highly-skilled in influencing, negotiating, gaining credibility and building relationships with stakeholders, you will also be an active participant in the process, leading from the front and undertaking a consultative and inclusive style in your dealings with the team.
