Your new company
This innovative white collar and creative organisation is a leader in its field and works with high profile ASX Listed corporations and brands across the country. Offices based in CBD, modern open plan, activity based working, close to public transport. Fast paced and dynamic culture. The HR team are going through change and are looking for someone with a forward thinking attitude who can take on an HR Advisor role supporting all people programs and initiatives.

Your new role
You will be working in a small sized HR team, supporting in all areas of generalist HR, including employee relations, performance management coaching, recruitment, talent management, engagement, talent development, remuneration, reporting and project work. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders and employees and spend a lot of time coaching and advising with headcount around 150 employees. You will report to the Head of HR.

Key areas will include:

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Employee relations, workplace investigations and performance management coaching
  • Advising on HR policies and processes
  • HR administration including contracts, HR reporting and HRIS management
  • Employee engagement programs including EAP and feedback surveys
  • Talent development plans and advising managers on remuneration and benefits
  • L&D coordination
  • Project work supporting the HR leader in rolling out HR programs across the client groups

What you'll need to succeed
You will be tertiary qualified in HR or Psychology and have strong communication skills. You will be an HR Advisor/HR Generalist who can multi task and deliver on deadlines. You will have a strong background in ER/IR and have proven ability to manage end to end workplace investigations. You will have strong coaching skills. You will be managing your own client groups and will be expected to be able to manage your own workload as well as working as part of a wider HR team. You will be proactive, knowledgeable on HR policies and process and have experience of working in a Tech, Digital or other creative organisations. You will also have experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders and be a confident coacher.

The salary on offer is $80,000 - $90,000 base + super. Modern offices, flexible full time hours and close to public transport.
