Your new company
Well known and highly successful Hospitality and Retail brand in Australia with store networks across the country. Working across multiple sites in Sydney, part of a larger HR team experience significant growth and change. Ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to develop as an HR Business Partner.

Your new role
Reporting to an HR Manager, you will support in a HR generalist work for a large state based client group of 2000 + employees across a large store network in NSW.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Employee relations
  • Providing advice on award and EBA interpretation
  • Performance management advice
  • HR administration and reporting
  • Recruitment at all levels
  • Onboarding and coordination any L&D needs and training
  • Engagement and culture
  • Talent management advice and support
  • WHS and any RTW administration
  • You will spend a large proportion of the role coaching employees and being the first line of support for all HR queries and administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be passionate about working in fast paced, large business dynamics where no two days are the same. This is a superb Senior HR Advisor - Junior HR Business Partner role and is an ideal career move for someone with 3 - 4 years HR generalist experience looking for their next step up. You must have worked in a similar industry, e.g. Hotels, Hospitality, Food, Retail, FMCG, customer facing or service driven. You must be hands on and enjoying building relations at all levels of the business. You will be resilient, confident as well as being humble and open to new ideas and be flexible. You will be hands on and enjoy variety. Drivers License and flexibility to travel is required.

What you'll get in return
You will join a brand that is going through exciting change and be part of a growing HR team. The salary on offer is $75,000 - $90,000 base + super + bonus + mobile and laptop. This is a full time role and will be office and store based Monday to Friday. Central Sydney Offices as well as being based across other sites.
