Your new company
After going through an exciting last couple of years, this business is now setting up a new area of the business
and requires 2 Senior HR Advisors to join the team! The offices are based in the Northern Sydney area and Parramatta.
Your new role
You will be joining a new team, providing HR/ER advice, case management to the business and for assisting in building basic ER knowledge and capability amongst customers.
- Drive a culture of delivering customer value.
- Work with different stakeholders to support and provide effective outcomes for the business and more than 12,000 employees
- Managing complex workplace investigations and a variety of ER cases.
- Work closely with HR BPs and Management on various cases and/or projects.
- Managing various ER/IR compliance activities within a large organisation
- Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in HR, IR or a related discipline
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a similar Senior HR role, in a medium to large organisation
- Experience in managing IR and ER issues
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and as well as the ability to interpret industrial instruments
- Experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
