This well known global financial services provider is moving towards a new HR structure and implementing Success Factors and continuing to foster a risk and compliance culture.

About the Role
As the Performance & Reward Consultant, you will support the Head of Reward in providing first-class consulting and operational support to all levels of management.  
You will be responsible for managing the Performance & Reward portfolio and consult on all matters such as the performance management process, incentive and share schemes, job evaluations, annual remuneration review, employee benefits and salary surveys.
You will be part of a small cohesive team and have budget responsibility and exposure to working with board regulators. The role also promotes continuous process improvement, taking accountability for the integrity of data processes and analysis.
You will also administer and report on the performance review process and benefits, co-ordinate the annual remuneration review and be involved in the reporting of the executive remuneration.  You will execute service delivery as part of the performance and reward team and ensure that the job evaluation framework and associated market bench-marking information is maintained. You will partner with a provide advice to HR services and Talent teams on new employees and any changes related to the job grading.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years in all areas of reward, preferably in a matrix, global organisation and are looking to take the next step up in your career. Your superior commercial acumen and communication skills will be fully utilised in this role.

You will ideally have the following areas of expertise:
  • Deep technical knowledge of HR systems and reporting, including advanced excel skills.
  • Project management and change management experience
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field
