Newly created permanent opportunity for standalone Senior Recruitment Advisor within the mining sector.
Our client is a mining owner/operator that is currently ramping up for production phase.
We are seeking the expertise of a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join the Human Resources team to be take responsibility for the entire recruitment process including:
- Supporting the workforce planning
- Liaising directly with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions
- Managing candidate attraction strategies, and positive brand standing within social media
- Prescreening, shortlisting and interviewing
- Conducting required compliance checks
- Managing the offer process
- Supporting the onboarding process
Currently, this position will have more of an emphasis on the recruitment of all blue collar mobile plant positions, but you will also be responsible for the management of the white collar technical and corporate based positions.
To be successful in your application, you will possess a mining recruitment background, and demonstrate a proactive sourcing ability and managing the candidate experience from end to end.
