Your new role
As a Senior Safety Change Specialist, you'll find yourself at the forefront of aviation innovation. Your role will involve developing safety arguments, designing safety programs, leading safety initiatives, authoring safety case reports, and taking charge of the safety program for high-profile projects. These projects include cutting-edge developments such as digital air traffic control towers, the integration of drones and flying taxis into controlled airspace, and the replacement of critical ATC technology.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven Safety Analysis Skills and familiarity with safety standards
- Experience crafting safety arguments
- Demonstrated expertise in system safety engineering
- Savvy mindset - understanding the intricate relationship between system safety engineering activities and systems engineering processes
- Clear communication
- Strong capability engaging with stakeholders, nurturing relationships, and fostering partnerships at all levels.
