Change Lead / Project Management / Strategy

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain a our clients - wide project management framework, project tools, templates and processes,
    building a consistent approach to project delivery, governance and reporting across our clients delivery
  • Providing leadership and oversight of our clients -wide consultant led PM/PMO capability gap analysis,
    collaborating with stakeholders across the Department to achieve the right level of engagement
  • Helping to define and operationalise the EPMO's broader service offerings, drawing on change management
    expertise as required to stand up the right mix of services at the right time and at the right pace for our client
  • Providing coaching and mentoring as necessary to support project/program managers when applying project
    management standards, processes, and documentation
  • Support the EPMO reporting workstreams as required, developing dashboards that provide insights for
    escalation - supporting Executive Board decision making or action.
