Your new company
Your new company is a NFP in the healthcare industry and located in the inner Easter Suburbs of Sydney. They are a medium organisation of 300 staff including graduates and students.
Your new role
As a TA Partner, you will be responsible for providing end to end recruitment to source candidates for all levels of the organisation, including but not limited to, employees, students, visiting scientists and contractors.
Responsibilities will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Talent Acquisition strategy: working with hiring managers to develop selection criteria and recruitment strategy, and proactively build and engage the organisation's talent network
- Recruitment: job advertisements, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, as well as conducting reference and background checks, drafting employment contracts and agreements and managing the immigration process including visa applications and renewals, and managing the administration function of the recruitment process
- Onboarding: coordinate the onboarding activities and support the HR function
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience and results as a Talent Acquisition specialist, with significant experience in internal recruitment practices
- Solid experience recruiting medical positions and/or working in a hospital setup
- Proven experience in coordinating recruitment campaigns
- Strong interviewing and role analysis skills
- Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as experience using applicant tracking and onboarding systems
